CSI Property Management, a full service community management firm, specializes in Home Owners Association Management (HOA) for residential and office condominium, townhouse, homeowner and property owners associations. CSI, established in 1996, is family owned and operated. We offer outstanding Homeowner Association Management for Charlotte, Davidson, Huntersville, Lake Norman, Cabarrus County and the surrounding areas in North Carolina. Our dedicated team of experienced professionals is pro-active in meeting the challenges of Community Association (HOA) Management. With over 50 years of combined property management experience, the CSI team possesses solid, proven skills needed to assist our HOA clients in improving the quality of their community associations. Our certified HOA professionals provide personal attention to detail using the latest technology. We are equally vested in the success of our Home Owners Associations. Our goal is to bring quality and security to the people that live in the communities that we manage.

They turned our community around from a 14 page delinquency to a 2 page delinquency. They work hand in hand with home owners. They have worked with the board on all matters. They've reached out to the community numerous amounts of time. They are the best of the best. Their shining star is the manager Nicole Grandelli. Nicole is a super star! She is the best property manager of all H.O.A.s we've ever had in this community.
