CLARK RENOVATION & CONSTRUCTION

My roof was damaged by a hail storm and needed to be replaced. Clark Renovation accepted my insurance settlement as payment in full, other companies wanted "supplements and add-ons, boosting the cost of the job. He worked with a family member and they tore off the existing roof and felt, installed a 30 yr dimensional shingle, replaced the flashing, as needed and cleaned up and hauled away, via a mini dumpster, all debris. Clark was respectful of my time and property. He was on time and left when he said he would. He covered my extensive landscaping with tarp and wooden boards. He cleaned up after each work day and returned at completion with a magnet to pick-up any loose nails. The Velux Sun Tunnels were installed after the roof was completed. Tunnels were installed in the laundry room, master bath and the kid s bathroom. Each was placed where I wanted them and they look great! Lots of light without using electricity. Clark finished this in a day and cleaned up each room when he was finished. Because of my schedule I had to leave him alone in my home, several times during the day. He proved to be trust worthy. Michael Clark is a professional who takes great pride in his work. He listened to what I wanted and was honest in his answers. I've already discussed future projects with him and look forward to working with him again.
