Steve returned my call the same day. Although he was hesitant to provide an estimate over the phone due to complications that may have arisen while installing the door, he did say that if there were no complications, he would charge $100 (a very fair price). We set a tentative date for him to come (due to not being certain that the door would have come in yet), and then confirmed a date and time when we were notified that the door had arrived. Steve arrived on time, spent over 3 hours doing an extremely neat and thorough installation, cleaned up afterwards, found that he needed to relocate the door bell in order for the door to fit, and still charged the original quote of $100. He was polite, pleasant, professional, and efficient. We will definitely call him again for any other household jobs that might arise.
