One has to go a pretty long way to find anybody that can beat their service. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We bought a new house that needed repainting throughout, and our first thought was to use Tom Alexander's team.  He had done excellent work at our business in the past, and we did not even seek a second quote because we knew the job would be done extremely well.  Alexander Painting is very good at what they do, and we were extremely satisfied with the result.  What sets them apart, however, are three things that will make us loyal customers for life:  (1) Tom really cares about his craft and treats your home or business as his own.  He takes the extra steps like carefully washing the fixture covers and making sure there are no bad spots and is extremely meticulous about taking care of your home and cleaning up.  (2)  In addition to being very friendly and personable, Tom and his team are always offering to help out however they can -- in this case they took some excess mirrors and closet hardware to Habitat for Humanity for us and delivered the donation receipt back to us -- way beyond the call of duty!  (3) You can TRUST Tom in your home.  He actually did most of the work while we were out of town, which made the move in experience much easier.

Very well. Tom's integrity and communication skills were, to us, unsurpassed in Charlotte.

It was an excellent experience. Tom was professional, punctual, reasonable on price for the amount of work, and realistic in setting our expectations. He explained that painting over oak cabinets will still show some of the grain (ie: painted oak cabinets will never look as smooth as newly painted maple cabinets, for instance). On the other hand, he said that they would look 10 times better than the existing finish, which was extremely "dated." We couldn't be happier with the job that Tom and his partners did. They primed and reprimed in an attempt to fill in all of the cracks and imperfections from the grain. Overall the effect was outstanding. As he said, the grain couldn't be eliminated completely, but it looks 100 times better (not just 10x). He is a real professional and the cost was worth it.

The job went perfectly from the off site painting of the new doors to finish work at the site. Tom and his crew were timely, polite, professional and exceed our expectations.
