I don't know the cost, I haven't got the bill yet. They showed up on time. The guy spent quite a lot of time under the house taking care of the problem.

They were recommended by a friend and we were pleased with them. The staff was good. Their price was high.

Overall, the experience was excellent, from the initial quote through the installation. The people were great to work with, were available right away, finished quickly, competitive in terms of cost, and exceeded our expectations. They did a really nice job. The only area where they could improve would be in the area of coordination with the county inspectors office, but that was a very minor consideration given the other positive aspects of the experience.
