had them replace roof. Within weeks we developed several leaks. They responded and said they "repaired the leaks", which continued to leak. When called back they advised that the leaks were a result of pine needles on the rood "daming the water", which never occured in the 12 years we were in our house, and refused to make further repairs. Called a qualifies roofer in and he advised that the leaks were a result of failure to install flashing around our chimney. Once installed the roof no longer leaks.

The first rain storm after completion of the job the roof leaked in my den. Tim came out and made a repair. The second rain after the install, the roof leaked in the garage and the same place in the den. Again contacted Tim and he came our and made "repairs". Several storms later the den leaked for a third time, once again Tim came out. This time he stated the leak was caused by pine needles "daming" the rain.
Contacted a real roofer who advised that they did not install flashing around the chimney and along the house. Filed a complaint with the BBB which they responded to by stating they had made a good faith effort to repair the leaks and would provide no additional services.
Had to pay for another roofer to come out and install the flashing and also had to pay to have the den ceiling replaced due to the water damage caused by their poor workmanship.
