Needed a quick washer/dryer hookup in a new apartment. K1 was Quick to respond to the quote and gave a reasonable price. Followed up with me when I told them I would be ready to hire. My only concern was that the tech didn’t come at the scheduled appointment time as stated by the Square app the company uses. Work was good though.

The plumber was very honest, turns out my disposal was fine, it was the breaker at the bottom that just needed to be reset. Took all of five minutes. Some may have taken advantage of my little knowledge in disposal operation, but this group did not. Good to know there are still companies out there that do the right thing.
