The forecast was for temps below freezing when my heater died on New Years Eve. I was given Bill Speed's number and he responded immediately. After diagnosing the problem then finding the part, he returned(after dark)to repair the unit. Bill went out of his way( on New Years Eve!) to help someone he'd never heard of. He had to make two trips to my home and drive to town for the part. This is a rural area and town isn't that close! Bill was prompt,professional,knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
