Wright was sent from our home warranty company.  He advised that we needed a new motor on one unit and the second unit needed a tray and timer.  In September he said he placed an order for the motor.  We didn't hear from him for over three weeks.  When my husband contacted him, he said the part was on back order.  My husband believed him because he offered to give him the part number so that he could check the manufacturer.  When the part finally came in it took another week of calls to prompt him to come out to put the part onto the unit.  He made appointments and did not show up and did not cancel.  He eventually showed up three weeks ago on a Saturday. He never put the tray or timer on the upstairs unit, and never mentioned it.  When he p;laced the "new motor" on the main unit it popped.  He said he would come out the next day which was Sunday, but he never called or showed up.  He called Monday, which was Veteran's Day and told my husband that he forgot Monday was a holiday and all the stores where he would normally purchase parts would be closed.  My husband accepted that excuse, however he never told him he was coming Monday with a new part. He told him he would come Sunday with an old motor that was in his shop for us to use to stay warm until the new part came.  He said he would come Tuesday, but he never came nor called.  He said he would come Wednesday, but we could not be home from work that day.  We left a key for him to get into the house.  He came this day, but the motor he brought didn't work, and he found another problem and had to order a new part.  He never contacted us to let us know.  We found out after contacting our home warranty company who called him to find out what was going on.  They asked him to put a rush on the part as it is extremely cold in the house.  As of today, Thanksgiving, the part has not been replaced and he has not contacted us.  We will contact him tomorrow, but I'm sure he has a great excuse as to why he cannot replace the part, or his will say the part has not come in.  Buyer beware!
