He did excellent work. We had to call to remind him of the appointment (he's a busy guy). But once we did, he came quickly and did all the items listed above efficiently and in a friendly way. He noted another needed repair, but could not do it until the roofing was completed. The roofers actually completed it (replacing the flashing on the vent to the roof from the heater). He performed the work, rather than estimating and making us wait (which we appreciated).
