I contacted the company to replace a water heater in my home. In the process of replacing the water heater, the person doing the work noticed a lot of silt in the toilet tank and recommended for the well pump to be pulled up, examined to see if a part was missing (torque stop), and replace if needed, and then removed 10 feet of the hose before placing it back into the well cavity. Additionally, while doing this work we asked him to look at two toilets that were not flushing properly. He examined and repaired both. The price he quoted to replace the water heater was in line with Lowe's and Home Depot. As for the other work, he came in as quoted. I was very satisfied with the work. If there was anything on the negative side it was the only way to contact him was by leaving a message on his answering machine and having to wait for a call back. Overall I was very happy with the price and the quality of work performed.
