I think this company is pretty much the best out there. Michelle took my desperate phone at 5:15 pm yesterday. The inside temp was 10° above what the thermostat was set to cool. Michelle answered the phone (not an answering machine) and promptly scheduled a technician to come the next day at 3pm. The tech showed up EARLY and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. The tech was polite, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. I LOVE this company and I will never call anyone else.

They were recommended by a friend and I am extremely satisfied! Showed up promptly for appointments. Unlike other repair and sales people that had called, Bryan listened to me when I expressed my concerns that there was more than just the system needing to be replaced. He took it upon himself to investigate and found duct work that had separated and some that had collapsed. I choose to upgrade my system and his pricing was better than the other quote I received. The entire staff from the office to service and installation was very courteous, professional, attentive and hard working. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Air Works!!!

Excellent responsiveness to our questions and no high-pressure sales pitches. Work completed promptly with full instructions for use of new components. New system is working great.

I've used them for 12 years. The people in the office have almost become my personal friends. Their incredible and call right back.

The price is very reasonable.

We've had AirWorks install a new system, as well as service our old system. They have always been prompt, courteous, and effective. Just today we asked them to come take a look at a thermostat we installed ourselves that wasn't working - Chris reprogrammed it so it worked, no charge. They have our business forever!

It went well. Very professional service.

Had visions of a a total unit replacement. Thankful it was just a "part". Called @ 9pm on Sat. Got a call back @ 9:15. They were here @ 9am the next morning. I realize that it is the luck of the draw in hot or inclement weather where you are in the line of customers needing repairs. But have been using Air Works for several years and have never been left waiting a long time for A/C or heat repair. Professional, patient with explanations of repair and cost. Senior discount and very reasonable cost for maintenance check ups twice a year. Can't say enough about the quality of work and excellent customer service of this company.

Michelle, the office manager, is very courteous and considerate. She always tries to accommodate a time that works best for my schedule. Jason, the technician, is very friendly and thorough. They seem like a very honest company. We've used them for 3 years and will continue to do so. Their customer service is outstanding.

I met Bryan and Michelle many years ago when I needed a unit replaced in my former home.    Air Works was one of several installers I met with.   Bryan was neither the most expensive nor the cheapest, but I felt comfortable hiring him to do the work.     Since then, Bryan or one of his employees has regularly taken care of our HVAC systems.   When we moved, I called to have them check the units at our new home.    We recently asked him about replacing both units--they are very old, as in late 1980s and early 1990s.   We decided to replace one of the units now and another later.   Bryan even recommended waiting on replacing the other unit since we're debating on adding square footage in living space which would potentially affect size of replacement unit.    Bryan replaced the upstairs unit quickly and efficiently--even though it was a tight closet and required some research, etc. on his part to ensure the unit would fit correctly.   Bryan came out a couple of times while I was debating on which unit and  was patient in going over my options and answering questions.   
When replacing our current unit, I didn't think twice about only getting one estimate.    I've done enough research to know that most HVAC issues tend to be installer related:   find yourself a good installer and chances are you won't have problems.   If you do, your installer will work hard to fix things.   With Bryan, we've been very happy with his services and with this work.   I highly recommend him.

Awesome service!!  I arrived home from work at 3pm on July 3rd, ready for the 4th of July weekend.  Upon arriving, my daughter casually stated "the upstairs air isn't work".  Uh oh.  Not wanting to swelter through the 3 day weekend, I went into scramble mode.  After a quick check of breakers, condensation backup, etc., I started making calls.  Air Works got back with me in 5 minutes and told me they had a tech who could swing by in 30 minutes.  
Long story short, the tech arrived, diagnosed the capacitor problem, went out to purchase the part (because he didn't have it on his truck), returned, repaired, and we were good to go with cool air by 4:30pm.  That's right.  90 minutes from learning of the issue to having it fixed by a qualified technician.  And right before a holiday!  AirWorks came to the rescue with excellent service, and I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was to work with.  I recommend you give them a try.

Great service.  Owner was able to trace reason for  furnace shutting  off to a defective fan.  Two other companies had been out and unable to find source of problem.  Air Works will have my business.

Rick (the service person) didn't have the right replacement item in his van, so he went out and purchased it and came back.  I have used Airworks for several years and have been more than satisfied with their service. I find the prices reasonable (plus,  if you qualify, various discounts available). They have always been very responsive, polite and professional. They take time to explain the problem and are very patient if you ask a lot of questions. Upfront with pricing - no hidden fees. In the four years I have used them, I have never had a complaint. Compared to other companies I have used, their 2x/year routine maintenance is very reasonable and they call you to remind you that it is time. Can't say enough positive things about this company.

I thought they were honest, professional, on time and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of product. They did a good job as far as I could tell.

I've been using AirWorks for a couple of years now. I have never been disappointed. This time they went even further in there great customer service. I just bought a new home and during the home inspection problems were found. We had Brian come out a do a further inspection. He gave us a detail analysis. He even called me late the same night to discuss and answer my questions as we determined what to ask for in the Die Diligence with the home seller. Even though I had a home warranty for the house I still had AirWorks do complete the job after purchasing the house so I knew something this important was completed correctly. AirWorks really cares for their customers. I won't go to another HVAC company.

It went very well, The service man was on time, polite & knowledgeable about our type of furnace. Made some phone calls back to his office to check on prices etc that we might want to use in case we wanted to have some work done. We would use this company again.

One thing to note, they have a $79 diagnostic fee which applies to almost every visit.

They have been very responsive. There have been times when we have needed them to replace a unit suddenly. The first time, they found that the unit needed replaced in their check. They have given us exceptional service. The service people are extremely polite and helpful. I'm very happy with them.

My appointment was to be between 2-3pm. Jason called at 2pm and said he'd be there in 20 minutes - and he was. He put on shoe covers every time before coming inside. When he discovered the part that was going bad, he brought it in to me and hooked it up to the voltage meter to show me how it was declining and explained exactly what it did. He was very professional, polite and efficient. I was very pleased with the service.
