About us
Since beginning his practice as a sole proprietor architect in 1984, Mr. Lees' focus has been primarily on the rehabilitation of older and historic structures, historic architecture and rehabilitation tax credit consulting, and residential architecture, including coastal and waterfront home design, as well as additions to existing buildings. His basic philosophy is that each project is unique to the desires and budget of each client, and the constraints of an existing site and/or structure. Continuity and Compatibility are the primary themes which guide his approach to any design for any addition.
