ALL ABOUT WOOD LLC

I am trying to sell a house in the Outer Banks of NC where nothing is currently selling. This house rents for 24 weeks per year. I had noticed that the deck was in bad shape and was contemplating what to do. I have felt in the past that we as far away owners are totally ripped off. So I received a letter in the mail telling me how this couple who had been in business for 15 years in NC was out of work and trying to find some by sending these letters. I was of course a little apprehensive, until I spoke to Rachael. She made me feel completely at ease and she knew way more about the job than I did. She and Steve her husband and partner were very prompt in bidding the job and photographing what needed to be done. They got permits on time and they gave me a fair and almost exact estimate. When they were doing the job they actually took pictures to show me the steps and any problems they found. They also past along savings that they received on materials. In the end the job was finished on time at the exact price with a small refund to me and it looks beautiful. They also furnished the final building inspector certificate and I was 425 miles away in NJ.
