It was great! I have never have such fast response and high quality work. My wife said he showed up early and was done in almost no time. My house looks great! I'm a little slow on this review. He did the work before Christmas. My decorations for Christmas looked so much better on a clean house. The front of the house points North so it get moldy fast and is hard to clean. He did the driveway, walkways, steps, out buildings and house. The price was the best I've found. I'd call him again in a heartbeat. Brian

Ford did an excellent job on our windows. Gave estimate and performed services the same day. He even cleaned the gutters same day after we discussed it (not part of original service call). Very upfront with pricing and was totally professional. I have several windows that require an extension ladder to reach and I will being hiring them when services are needed going forward.

This was the second year we hired Ford to clean our windows, screens and gutters. He responded immediately to my call, scheduled the work and arrived promptly on the scheduled day. It was not the best weather day, so he came the first day to do the inside (since I had planned to be off from work) and then returned a second day when the weather conditions improved to complete the outside work. Ford was pleasant, thorough and ensured the job was done well. I would recommend Ford without hesitation.

I emailed Ford on what i needed done and if he could drive by and give me a quote. He responded immediately and drove by the next day and gave me a nice quote and said he could do it the following week. He was on time and very nice and worked very hard. Ford did an excellent job on our windows and would definitely use him again in the future.

Ford was very diligent. The window cleaning was excellent. There were some minor mishaps along the way and he restored everything to the way it had been. He was not able to clean the underground portion of the downspouts, but he did not charge me for this.

The work performed was excellent. Ford did a top-notch job and I am so glad I had this done. I typically do my own windows, but I could never do them to the level which he did. He even did the sky lights which I was not expecting. He took his time and did the job with perfection.

Ford was a pleasure to work with. He quickly provide me with a quote and then promptly came out to complete the job. I was very pleased with the outcome and he even did a little extra cleaning that was not expected. I will use him again.

The provider arrived on time and checked with us before starting on the Windows.
He was courteous and explained where e would start on the house and if there were any other areas other than the Windows that we wanted cleaned.
He wash efficient and did an excellent job.
The Windows were quite dirty before he started but nice and clean after he completed the work.
His bill was exactly what we agreed to and we were extremely pleased with the outcome

We had used Ford's services a few times prior to our last cleaning in the fall of 2015. Each time we were pleased. However, last fall the job was completely unacceptable. Ford arrived several hours late as the sun was setting and proceeded to clean the windows in the dark. Needless to say, the window cleaning was horrible. We called for him to return, which he did finally, and the job was again inferior. When we contacted him several times about returning, we received no reply. As such, we cannot recommend Ford and will not be using his services again.

Things went very well. I called Ford and he answered his phone on the 2nd ring. We discussed my needs and he quoted me a price, which I believed was reasonable and we also discussed his availability. I liked him from the moment he came to my residence. He was timely; and was ready to get the job done. Ford is a very hard worker as well as a true professional. I will call him again when I need window cleaning services again.

WOW! Ford did an amazing job! I got 5 quotes for these services. I don't make my decision on price, but more on the communication of the provider and their professionalism. I liked Ford from the moment we began talking. He came over to do an estimate and was very easy to talk to and pointed out some specific items that he would make sure were cleaned. I selected Ford and he put me on his schedule. Ford did an amazing job and was kind enough to power wash a few patio chairs that were dingy too. I told Ford he should've taken before and after pictures of the house and driveway because the difference was unbelievable. I guess he's just so good at what he does that all of his jobs look this great! I will definitely use Ford again for these services and to stain my deck in the future. I would recommend him in a heartbeat :)
