+ -1 moreAfter a year or two, several cracks appeaed in the bowl of the fountain. Since we had drained the fountain long before a freeze was possible, we knew that it wasn't the result of standing water, so I contacted White House Gardens and asked them to look at the problem. I was asked to take a few pictures and send them in, which I did and within an hour had a response from the owner taking full responsibility and indicating that a replacement bowl would be ordered. I don't expect it to arrive for a month or so, but was so impressed with the immediate and professional response that I wanted to give kudos to this local business that stands by its products and supports its customers. Because of this positive experience, I will recomment White House Gardens to my friends and definitely shop there in the future.
