Absolutely phenomenal customer service, promptness, communication, and job well done. I have only written few reviews to praise a company and itâ s only been when my expectations have been far exceeded. This was certainly the case when I purchased a motorized projector screen for my home theater from Unique Home Theater and VK came and did the installation. The professionalism and knowledge shown was truly refreshing in a time when customer satisfaction is becoming a lost art. I will definitely use UHT for all my theater/electronics needs going forward and would be happy and confident in referring their services to anyone searching.

BK did a great job installing my unit. His team was very professional and answered are of our questions. They cleaned up after the installation was finished and Inquired if there was anything else they could do for us.

Unique Home Theater is absolutely fantastic. The same day I asked VK (the owner of the company) if he can install and mount our six tv s, he was at our home, going to each specific room and explaining in detail the work that would be done and the estimated price. VK is an absolute gentleman. Easy to talk to, very polite, and patient. He wanted to make the job as aesthetically pleasing as possible. The very next morning VK was at my new home with his crew and he did a magnificent job. The installation is beautiful. Careful to put the TVs at the exact height we wanted and not a wire in sight. Every installation in every room is mint. After they finished, they stayed to make sure each tv s picture was set to our liking and explained how the remotes on our smart tv s work in detail. Couldn t be more satisfied with the work of Unique Home and Theater.

VK was a pleasure to deal with. They installed in-ceiling speakers in my man cave and they sound great. Always communicated promptly, always showed up on time. Unique did a good job for a very reasonable price.

I am pregnant and my husband was out of town. Mr. Saychay came on his day off and set up everything, hid my cables, and cleaned up. He was fast, polite, and professional. I will refer him 100%!

VERY DETAILED, CLEAN AND NEAT WORK

They mounted a TV, with an electrical socket, and hung surround sound speakers with ease. They were on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great work!

Installed and setup three Ring Floodlight Cameras. Very satisfied with the work and efficiency.

Overall, the company was good and professional. They did a good job and were fairly quick. My only negative comment was that they did not want to use the mount that I previously bought for the job, so I had to buy their amount increasing the price. Although this was ok, I found out after the installation during mounting of other TVs that they still used the bolts and materials from the TV mount that I bought previously for their mount. This caused me to not be able to use the mount I previously bought for another room.

Good job easy job through. Clean up was good and gave good advice. Will hire for another job.

Service and price were great. Only issue was that tech showed up 1.5 hours early and was frustrated that we were not home.
