Matt Sarver was the listing agent for a house in Catawba River Plantation The buyer a 74 year old retired teacher was represented by Zapata Tate of ERA Live More. Both Mr. Sarver and Mr. Tate agreed on two saiient points, the house had only been on the market for approx. 4 days and that through negotiations between Mr.Sarver and Mr. Tate that the total credits for repairs amounted to $3500. It was later discovered that the 20 year old house had been on the market for 8 months and after 4 months of ownership said property the 74 year old woman needed the HVAC system replaced at $9000 a new hot water tank a new roof at $20,000 two car garage door at $1500, window replacement at $15000 and a French drain to stop the garage from flooding.

I'm really glad we chose Matt to help us find our new home
in Belmont, NC.  We originally planned to purchase new construction, but
