very well they showed up right on time and were very careful in removing the old bedding and installing the new mattress set.

Finally they came out and because they gave us such a hard time I cannot in good faith give them an A their customer service became very poor only after the top management became involved did they become accommodating.

We purchased a new mattress for my mother. The saleslady was very helpful. I wasn't sure which particular type I wanted and she was able to provide some good feedback and let me make my decision. The delivery went well and arrived on time.

SALESPERSON WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. I DID NOT LIKE THE 3 HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW, WHY NOT 1 HOUR WINDOW? THE DELIVERY WAS MADE IN THE FIRST 30 MINUTES OF THE 3 HOUR WINDOW. THE MEN DELIVERING THE MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING WERE SO VERY POLITE, AND CAREFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

MAYBE WE WERE EXPECTING TOO MUCH, BUT THE MATTRESS STARTED TO SAG WITHIN THREE YEARS. THEY CAME AND TOOK IT AWAY AND TIGHTENED THE COVER. WITHIN A WEEK IT STARTED TO SAG AGAIN. THEY CAME OUT AGAIN AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, THAT THEY EXPECT MATTRESSES TO SAG, AND WE SHOULD HAVE PUT BOARDS UNDER THE BOX SPRING (WHICH WE WERE NOT AWARE OF UNTIL THEN). THIS MATTRESS HAD A WARRANTY OF 12 YEARS. WE WILL NOT BE PURCHASING OUR GUEST ROOM BED FROM THEM.

THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. DELIVERY WAS ON TIME, BUT THE GENTLEMEN WHO ASSEMBLED THE DAYBED DID IT INCORRECTLY. A TRIP WAS MADE TO THE STORE AND THEY SENT A REPAIRMAN OUT ASAP WHO CORRECTED THE PROBLEM.
