Signs
The project has been plagued with problems. Delays have been due to the company forgetting to order a custom piece, then ordering the wrong size for the same custom made piece, installer defacing the front of a sign when he installed it on two occasions. We very much like the products and the price was fair, but service is pathetic. The company does not communicate well with customers. Telephone calls usually go straight to voice mail and phone calls are not returned to customers. A good bit of the time, company email issues prevent communication in that way. A lot of my time has been wasted by repeatedly attempting to contact this company without success. I've waited as long as two weeks without being able to make contact with them. In a straining economy, it is very chancy to provide poor service by a company who sells excellent products. I'm projecting that poor communication will be responsible for this company's failure.
