While the crew were polite and friendly the move took 2x as long as it should have and cost much more in the end than the other quotes given. Although I booked 4 men and 2 trucks only 2 men showed up with rented trucks from Uhaul. At 5pm in the middle of the move the men said they had to leave because they had personal plans and left me hanging in the middle of the move. I called the owner Evan, and he said that should not have happened and he would come out the next day to ensure I got moved into my home. He never showed and then the next day only sent 1 truck and 2 men. After several hours 2 more men did arrive. But after 18 frustrating hours I cancelled the rest of the move and called another company to come out and finish the move. The owner stated personal problems as to why the move was handled the way it was. Several items were broken in the move and he did offer to pay for the damaged items. Terrible moving experience. DO not hire this company if you want to move efficiently and smoothly!!

The owner totally underestimated the job. We ended up paying for three hours of overage on the day of the move. But, we were still not moved entirely although it went until 12:30 a.m. We had to pay two of the movers separately--another $600--to come back two days later to finish the job. The owner never came by or even called us. The crew was very good, however, and they did not break anything.
