Very well. Installer had good knowledge of safety, different tiles (one shower lined in thick floor tiles) and installation options. Neat and accurate. The installer specializes in safety/disability products. Higher service cost than I might have paid with someone else, but I thought it was worth it. Their office was responsive and could schedule the installer promptly.

Safe Home Pro did an excellent job helping us with our recent purchase and installation of a Bruno stair lift. The installer called the morning of the installation to clarify the appointment time and when I told him the appointment was about the time he was calling he promptly came ready to work with all our installation parts ready. Did a great job and was very courteous to our elderly parent living with us and very professional with us the owners. The best part...he did great work!.

I called to talk about what I needed and they responded within 2 days with Allison, who came, measured and wrote an estimate of the cost. The price might be a bit higher than some other more general installers, but I figured that they had tons of experience doing that sort of thing and I would rather have it done right. It was indeed done right. Sean Newton showed up on time. and went to work. Because we decided on a different length bar, which he didn't have in the truck, he had to go back to the shop to get one. He returned later at the agreed time and installed it. He is a nice young man, knows what he is doing and professional in his manner while being congenial. All of the people with which I had contact, were pleasant and efficient.

CALLED HOMEPROS ON A MONDAY. ADAM CAME THE NEXT DAY TO SEE WHAT WE WANTED AND SEAN CAME ON WEDNESDAY AND INSTALLED EVERYTHING. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, NICE TO WORK WITH AND REASONABLY PRICED.I MIGHT ADD THAT WE NEEDED THIS JOB DONE QUICKLY AS MY HUSBAND WAS COMING HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL AFTER HIP SURGERY AND NEEDED THIS EQUIPMENT IN THE HOUSE.

Adam had a "used" ramp section that he offered at reduced rate as part of the total ramp.This helped reduce our expense for the ramp. The 32 foot aluminum ramp was installed according to the agreement we had with them. One follow up adjustment was required, and was done in rapid time. The installer arrived on time, prepared to make the installation, and did the job as per our agreement.
We were so satisfied with this service, we asked for a quote to remodel one of our bathrooms ( a job that my son and I had started, but soon realized we needed some professional help as we were in way over our heads). Adam sent Bobby by to quote and advice how to save the project. We were so impressed with Bobby, that we gave the job to him... and again, this company came through for us and remodeled the room. Our need was urgent, so Home Safe Pro "worked us in" and got the job done in short time. Even when hidden damage was found, the work was cheerfully done at a very reasonable price adjustment. Our house was left clean and neat at the end of each work day. The workmanship was excellent, and Bobby was a pleasure to work with. All phone calls were returned promptly and all questions answered in a courteous manner. Will I use this company again and would I recommend Safe Home Pro to friends and family...? ABSOLUTELY.

Their installation professional, Bobby, arrived on time and installed the stair lift in a few hours. He was friendly, courteous, considerate and respectful of us and our home. We are extremely pleased.

They are a wonderful company. They were very, very professional. I had it installed for my husband so that he could come home but unfortunately he died so they are coming to take it out. They are going to try to sell it for me which is above and beyond the call of duty. It's a wonderful ramp and I was so happy with it. The ramp took up one side of the garage and it was totally inside so the neighbors don't see this ramp outside. They spent 6 hours installing it so it would be perfectly level. They did it exactly when I wanted. They were far away but they accommodated my wishes. I didn't compare their price. The ramp is wonderful; it's commercial grade. Everything on the ramp is covered so there is no chance of getting scratched. I would absolutely use them again. I gave his brochures to the PT people at 4 different hospitals. It was a wonderful experience. I spent $3,500 and I was still excited.
