About us
Rion Homes is a residential general contracting company, NCGC 57095, Accredited Master Builder, Certified Green Professional, and Certified Renovator qualified to work in homes built prior to 1978. We build custom homes on company owned lots and owner owned, build major additions, whole house renovations, kitchen and bath renovations, exterior remodeling, decks and screen porches. Energy efficiency considerations and green building practices area incorporated into every project we build. We recycle, reuse and build to the most current building science processes. We have four full time employees and self perform most demolition, framing, interior carpentry, siding, decking, window replacements and minor repairs.
