The experience of working with Relicon could not have been much worse. The addition to our home was built vastly different than what the HDC approved and the builder did not go back and fix his mistakes once he was told of the problem. They never adhered to any of the timeliness they gave us/signed into contract. They hired poor subcontractors so the work on the house was done wrong or was very poor workmanship. Almost everything they ordered was wrong the first time. We were without a kitchen for over 5 months. Anything they said we could not believe and never actualized. We purchased several things for the renovation that they were supposed to reimburse us for and never did. They do not pay their subcontractors on time. After over a year of problems with them, my husband and I have spent months to personally obtained a new set of approved plans from the HDC and have hired a separate company to fix our house so it will be in compliance. This is going to cost us over $50,000.
