Very fast response and was able to come quickly. Discussed with whoever answered phone how this was very small job and didn’t expect to go over an hour. When they arrived they immediately began saying we needed different cords, new boxes, our cords wouldn’t fit, etc we clarified all we wanted was to unstick the cord and thread the new ones . He said he would see after over an hour he was still not done - kept up charging the whole time. Adding more expense. After we contacted office to complain he then threaded one hdmi but then said he had to use an Ethernet for other cable/ meaning we needed A $90 box etc and so on!! Kept trying to add money and rip us off. After two hours they left - didn’t clean up mess in House and we only got one hdmi cord done. They charged us $200- had we not stopped them bill would have been over $500 with all they kept adding , I do not recommend them at all

We bought our TV from them. I was happy with them. They came out and installed it. We had to replace a television and I believe that's been over a year ago, but I was pleased with their service. It's been over a year ago. We had to pay for the TV and the set-up fee because they had to bring in in a vehicle from their store our house and set up, and there was a charge for that. It was about $50. We shopped about three different stores or locations, and they were the low bidder so to speak. It's a company operated by a young man who just graduated from UNC and he took the business over from his father-in-law, who was wanting to retire. He had a helper, but he was the one who installed the TV and so forth.

Our previous provider had become non- responsive. Our remotes had gone sideways. Downstairs was halfway working but upstairs was totally not working. Bridger came in and did great archeological work to figure out what we had and upgraded us to a great system. It was very impressive how he was able to decifer what we had and adapt his upgrade to fit our system. It took a little while to get everything configured but the final solution was really great. Any tweaks we need can be dealt with without us having to meet him at the house. It's awesome. Everything has been working great since he left. Cost was "high" but we made some other adjustments based on what he saw when he was here and had some software licenses to purchase (phones and iPads). All systems work really well and very flexible for all of us here in the house

Bridger is responsive and easy to work with. He did a great job helping me pick components based on my preferences and budget. He made recommendations, but wasn't pushy about upselling. The work was done quickly and according to spec.

The work quality was exceptional. We ran into several challenges along the way. We had intended to use some older but high quality speakers from a previous house in our new room. Unfortunately the mounting screws were missing. Bridger volunteered to go locate the specialty screws needed for the speakers. After looking at the wiring for the room they realized the wiring was for overhead speakers rather than wall mounted speakers. Typically those are smaller and lighter. Bridget suggested getting new speakers instead of attempting to mount the larger square speakers overhead, especially since the old template did not exist. Since this was going to add significantly to the cost (about $2000 extra for a set of 7), there was some family tension, in the midst of all the moving parts with 2 house moves in process. He was great, helping with information and not getting agitated as we worked things out. Ultimately we are very pleased with the installation and his recommendations. It's unfortunate we could not use the existing speakers as they were very high quality, but we hope to use those later in another house with the appropriate wiring. Bridger's attention to detail when setting up the projector and refining the settings on the receiver for the stereo sound was fantastic. It turned into a long day for them, but they handled everything with professionalism and put together a system we are very happy with. Extra kudos for answering questions on the remote on a weekend night immediately following the installation.

Premiere is the best! The provide excellent service and do a fantastic job. They always find a solution and offer different options based on your budget. The system they installed in our home is amazing. The sound will blow you away and everything works flawlessly.

Love Premier Home Theater!!!!  Great communication. Several of the folks I called never even called me back.  I think the owner called me back the day I called him  They showed up on time and did fantastic work. And they cleaned up after themselves.   I appreciate that there were able to accommodate an appointment during their busy time. I plan to use them again.

After an initial exchange via Angie's List, I arranged a time to have Premier come out and assess my current AV set up and provide recommendations and an estimate for some upgrades.  Bridger is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, and was able to understand what I wanted to achieve and recommend a great solution.  After reviewing and agreeing the estimate, Premier scheduled the install within a week or so.  The team arrived on-time and quickly got to work.  Two new TVs were installed and configured, streaming devices were connected and configured, a new concealed sound bar was installed in the Living Room, and a new IP remote (tablet application) was set up.
Again, the quality of all components and services is exceptional, we are very happy with the set-up and Premier's post-installation service (answering questions, tweaking remote configurations, etc.).

Premiere Home Theater was very good. I think their price was excellent.

Installation went very well! Bridger is truly an expert at what he does and is very concerned with the quality of his work. He installed binding posts for our 7.2 surround system in an area of the wall which, because of how our home was constructed, was difficult. For holes cut in the wall they provide a soft patch (mesh, tape, compound), so I had to finish the walls off with sanding/painting. No complains though, installation was very fast and they cleaned up everything.

I purchased the Angie's deal for 2 hours for $79.  I tried to keep my costs low by purchasing the TV mount and HDMI cables ahead of time, on my own. The owner talked me out of using other products than the ones they offer, because he said they couldn't "warranty" their work if something were to not work out with the installation. I didn't want to gamble something going wrong, so I caved in and purchased their TV mount ($99) and their HDMI cables (approx $30). After 3.5 hours of labor for the installation, the total cost came to almost $400, including the $79 I paid through to Angies List Deal. I wasn't expecting to pay an extra $300, but felt the pressure to use their products, therefor the added expense. I know it was totally my decision, but I just wanted ensure everything went smoothly and that I would have their support in case something were to go wrong. I would shop around before hiring them again.

I was very happy with the work that they did.  They arrived on time, did exactly what I asked and the special I bought was WAY cheaper than others I talked to ($79 with them vs. $450 estimate from another contractor).  The actually did the work when I wasn't home and my wife felt very comfortable with the contractors being in our home.  They wore a professional uniform, had good customer service skills, etc.  Overall, very satisfied.

Bridger showed up very promptly for the appt.  I explained that my TV remote was not working.  He looked at everything related to the remote, updated the remote and had it working again.  Mush shorter time needed than the special, but I was happy with the work and had my infared remote again.

It was ok. Had to call them twice as my Wife had a concern about the in wall wires and they fixed it with a different setup. Would have given all A .

The team did excellent work.  Would use them again in the future.

Lazy to write a big review but to summarize in few words -- very professional and i am extremely satisfied with the service provided.
