On Point Flooring did an amazing job of removing the existing flooring (carpet, vinyl and tile) and installed gorgeous LVP that everyone thinks is hardwood and did 3 custom tile work bathrooms for me. They were prompt, very respectful of my property and finished the projects on time with no delays. The quality of their products are impeccable, but the quality of their care and craftsmanship is even more impressive. They worked well with other contractors I had hired for other projects in the home and I would definitely hire them again without any hesitation.

The experience was flawless. Jesse arrived on time and provided us with a selection of carpet that would work best for our situation. He measured the room and provided us with an estimate. After agreeing on the price and install date, his crew arrived on schedule and moved the existing furniture, tore out the old carpet, installed the new carpet, and gently placed all the furniture back where it came from. We could not be happier with the results and the attention to detail and care they took with the house. Just like the name says; Jesse and his team were "on point".

A large team arrived on installation day to tackle the job and performed superior work. They removed the old carpet and pad, moved all my furniture and laid new pad and carpet. I would definitely recommend On Point Flooring and use them again for other flooring needs.

As mentioned, On Point Flooring's owner contacted us immediately to discuss and set up appointment to view floors, showed up on time, evaluated options to repair damaged floors from another company, utilized latest technology to measure and layout/draw in Cad system - in essence a schematic of our homes floor plan in order to do accurate square footage.  Quoted on site and followed up within given time frame for quote via e-mail.  The crew arrived on agreed upon specified day, covered cabinets and open room not impacted by work to minimize dust.  The work was completed on time.

Our experience with On Point Flooring was nothing short of completely enjoyable.  We will be utilizing On Point Flooring on future projects.
