Majestic Builders

After building a screen porch, we gave him money for kitchen cabinets and haven't seen him since. He also took a cabinet door and a piece of countertop with him.

I entered into a contract with Majestic Builders in October. I have paid them $7000.00 already to remodel and make custom cabinets and a custom countertop. The job was to be completed by November the 9th. The company has yet to complete any of it. I am now in the last stage with the BBB as this company and I are now going to arbitration. The company is listed on the BBB with an A+ . Be aware. Mike and Tina have repeatedly lied and have made so many excuses to me and my husband. My house has been a wreck for 6 months. Yesterday, my husband and I rented a uhaul to go and pick up the cabinets ourselves. They are not completed at all. No doors, hinges, paint.... Now I have to enter into a new contract to get it completed. Mike does not return phone calls. Has made many promises. Mike pleaded with me for more money in November. He does not pay his workers so they do not therefore do the work. Mike does not complete a job before he starts a new one. He is now supposedly working in Greensboro before finishing up mine. It's so poor business. I opened a case in January with the BBB and it is just now going to arbitration. When we are through their rating will drop. My hope is that my review of Majestic Builders is read before anyone else hires them.
