The gentleman who organized everything did a wonderful job. They corrected some problems that were caused by a previous installation.
We were told that it would be a "dustless" system used, but our entire home was covered with a thick layer of dust. They used two different finishes, matt & gloss!. They did not fill-in areas which needed to be filled-in. They missed applying varnish to numerous spots on our floors!
When our restoration company contacted the owner and requested he come to our home to view the (many) problems, he refused to show up! We had to spend an additional 2 days in a motel because of their very unsatisfactory job and the time it took them to (attempt) to correct their many mistakes, (which were never completed!).
