They did rotate the tires. They leave a small scratch on the side of my car. They deny, deny, deny. I know my car top to bottom. They said they have a camera. I took my car back and they fixed it anyway. But I didn't like that they say they didn't do it. That morning my wife took the car for service and came back home. That evening I noticed the scratch, so I know that is where from. Not from somewhere else. Instead of saying sorry, sir, they just kept saying they didn't do it. That's why I leave the review. I have no need to lie. I don't like them to scratch my car. I pay extra for them to take care of my car and it gets the small scratch. I know it is a small scratch, but it is noticeable. What ticks me off, it they deny.

The service is pretty quick. Haven't had anything done major. We had three tires, bought the car there. That was an incentive. Number of free oil changes. Dealer incentives, because I bought the car there. A little out of the way. They are good.

I wanted to get the car that I purchased. They are very nice there. I shopped around. I would look at them first. I already did that.

Like I said, they have a very heavy customer service load, they have good systems set up but you know, somebody runs into something more complicated than they expect, then its going to take them a little while. But we always get our car back either when they said it was or we get a call explaining why it won't be available and its very reasonable, for a car dealership they do quite well. (Do they car the car after) Thats S.O.P for them they always wash the cars before you take them home.

They have great service. Their promptness depends on the day you go. Some days are busier than the others but they are as prompt as can be. Their prices are competitive.

They are more expensive and always take longer than the estimate they give. They do vacuum and wash your car though. The staff is also friendly.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Rubicon from LKN Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Not only was the process seamless, but their entire sales staff from the finance department to the service department were all very friendly and helpful. Anyone who purchases a vehicle from this dealership receives free car washes for life and $15 full car details. I just got my Jeep detailed today for the first time... Someone held the door open for me and they immediately got my car in. Very pleased.

Brought my 2007 Chrysler ASPEN in for an oil change, also asked them to check why my temperature light comes on sometimes and the engine temperature gauge spikes as well as a tire gauge light that keeps coming on. I explained to the service person Chuck that it happened a couple of times and that the book said to put the car in neutral and rev the engine, which worked quickly to bring it down. Chuck said they would check that but it would cost a $100 for a diagnostic check which would be waived if we had work done, I told him that would be fine. Chuck called back with a whole laundry list of things that needed to be fixed....brakes, transmission leak, tire sensor, water pump, and thermostat. I told Chuck I would call back with the items I wanted fixed. I called back and told Chuck I wanted the transmission serviced ($200), I also stated the and quot;diagnosticand quot; fee should be taken from this, he said no that the transmission was found during the oil change, I reluctantly agreed and told him to fix the tire sensor, he said this wouldn't cover the diagnostic fee either, he argued with me about it and finally agreed ($420). Chuck then called me back and said I really should do the water pump ($280)and thermostat ($180) before the tire sensor. I agreed and said that I had someone else doing it much cheaper for me, Chuck then began to get belligerent, telling me he had to charge me the diagnostic fee and how much work the tech did on my behalf. He was totally unprofessional in his rant, and very confrontational almost like a bully, I would not like my wife or mother dealing with him. In the end I went to pick up the truck, he didn't say anything in appropriate. But when I reviewed the notes, it showed many inaccurate statements by Chuck, I could tell when he was speaking to me that he wasn't paying attention. After, I had the company that was doing the service call a Chrysler Tech he knows, he said that the problem I had with the temperature light is a known problem of the car and that the thermostat just needed to be changed the water pump was just an add on. My wife left a voicemail on the owners phone but have not received a call back. Please beware, the customer service is terrible and the worst part is in my opinion they add unnecessarily repairs to your bill. Also, I think all phone conversations are taped at Lake Norman, I would welcome them to listen...it is even worse than what I wrote.
UPDATE....When I picked up the truck the tire sensor light never went off, so I assumed that it took time to recalibrate. Went back to the dealer today because he has not gone off, they said that another sensor had broken.... wow, what a coinsidence happened right after they finished doing the work on the other sensor. Horrible

"On January 23, 2012, Lake Norman Chrysler contacted the member directly and spoke with him regarding a resolution to the concerns voiced in the recent review. He was able to describe his recent experience with our Service Department as well as speak one on one with the Service Director. The customer did accept our apology and was provided a contact to work directly with during any future visits. At the dealership we are always concerned anytime a customer is not 100% satisfied and make every attempt to rectify the situation. Our reputation is important to us and our goal is to achieve as close to 100% customer satisfaction as possible."

They are okay. They know what they are doing. The service isn't quite as good as the other dealers that I use. Sometimes I would rather go somewhere else for an oil change.

They are prompt and very flexible. It is not always necessary to call them up prior to getting the vehicle serviced. Their service is excellent.

They are very quick. It took approximately 20 minutes for the check-up to be completed. They are very good to keep my car clean. They even wash my car. I will continue to go there since this is where I purchased my car.

I keep using this car dealership because I am always treated very well there. I actually must say I am pleased with the sales department and I like their customer service. I care not to divulge what I paid for my minivan but I will say I paid exactly what I wanted and this is my car dealership of choice hands down.

THE PRICE GIVEN IS FOR COMPLETE SERVICING INCLUDING NEW TIRES, BRAKES, OIL, DIAGNOSTIC ON A/C, EXHAUST REPAIR, COOLANT FLUSH AND FILL, FUEL SYSTEM CLEANING, AND INSPECTION. THEY HAD IT FOR THREE DAYS TOTAL AND GAVE US AN OVERALL REPORT ON THE VEHICLE WHEN COMPLETE. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, AND WE NOW KNOW OUR SON IS DRIVING A SAFE VEHICLE, AND HOW MUCH IS THAT WORTH?
