They are our go to garage mechanics for 25 years now. We recommend them to everybody and we don’t go to anybody else. They deal with female customers exactly like male customers. They will explain everything to you and they don’t talk down to you. They are very efficient. I credit them with keeping my favorite car going which has been for 25 years now. I love them and have no fault with them.

They were great! They got the work done on time and there were no surprises. The price of the service was also what I was quoted.

I think those prices are high especially after buying tires there. I will never go back and asked my wife to do the same. $60 for an oil change and tire patch after buying tires there. I bought my tires at Discount tires (michelin) and got what I believe was the best price with 3 years warranty. I had an issue and it was resolved immediately for free. Oil change, max $30. I usually use a coupon and get oil change for under $25.
I read other reviews and see these claims of trustworthiness all Ive seen is high prices.

They showed me things that Griffen Brothers missed (in my opinion missed on purpose). They were honest and showed me exactly what they did and why.

Once we discovered them they do just about everything for our vehicles.. They are really good. Since oxygen leaches through rubber but nitrogen has different components so it does not leach through rubber and does not need refilling unless there is a hole. You don't have to check it. A lot of vehicles are switching over to that. One of the reasons I like them so well is that as a woman they don't talk down to me. They explain things to me because I don't understand cars, the engines and all that stuff they take the time and they explain what it is they are doing and why they doing and what needs to be done and leaves the decision to me. There is no pressure and they want to make sure that I walk away be happy, and knowing what is going on with the car. I love that about them. They don't request my husband to be brought over for them to explain to him. They take care of it. I love that. The big thing is that I trust them. It is a great thing. I don't think they will tell me something I don't need. They are very responsive and take the vehicle right away. The first time they fixed something and they did not even charge me. It is a family run operation. We will continue to use them in the future.

It went well. I really enjoy going to them for auto service because they treat women as equals, and they are honest and competitive. I have been using the company for some time, and I am never disappointed.

They stuck to their quote. Actually he said he misquoted a little bit, but he stuck to his original quote anyways. They got the job done in a very timely manner. Their facility is clean and pleasant. He looked for prices online while he was giving me the quote. He found one cheaper, and changed the quote right then.

They are honest with there service and only recommend work that needs to be completed. We have taken our vehicle there for at least 10 years.

We took a flat tire in, they fixed it twice and it went flat. They fixed it a third time at an additional charge, same result. After five times of fixing the tire, it finally stays inflated.

I am severely disappointed, given the ratings previously given on Angie's list. I chose this shop because of their positive history. I have never seen such a high cost for checking a single point on a car. I recently spent $70 for a full-car inspection for my other vehicle at a DEALERSHIP. In addition, the service person behind the counter watched me walk in and then picked up the phone to place a phone call, rather than helping the customer who had just walked in (me). We will never go there again, a real shame since they were a smaller local shop, which I prefer to support. We just moved to this area (which is far less expensive than Boston where we moved from-so the labor prices should have been far lower instead of significantly inflated).

I would recommend them. They were very professional, got it done on time and the price was reasonable. Overall it was a good experience.

Overall experience was very positive. I purchased four Bridgestone Turanza LS-H tires for my Infiniti I30 from Lake Norman Auto and Tire Center back in 2003. Tired of paying dealer prices for service, I checked Angie's List and found Lake Norman Auto and Tire highly recommended for service as well. They perform excellent work with honesty and integrity. If work needs to be done, they'll tell you and if it doesn't need to be done, they'll tell you as well.

WE'VE USED THEM FOR LOTS OF WORK ON OTHER CARS AS WELL. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND DID ALL OF MY WARRANTY WORK FOR ME. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND THEY REALLY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. THEY EVEN CALLED THE WARRANTY COMPANY FOR ME TO FIND OUT WHAT BENEFITS I RECEIVED. THEY FOUND THAT WITH MY WARRANTY I COULD GO RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND HAVE A RENTAL CAR PAID FOR. WHETHER YOU CALL OR GO IN EVERYONE THERE IS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO SAVE YOU MONEY AND MAKE SURE THE JOB IS DONE RIGHT. STEVE, THE OWNER, IS EVEN DOING A CUSTOMER MONTHLY NEWSLETTER THAT IS VERY HELPFUL. IT IS A GREAT COMPANY, HE DOES ALL KINDS OF CONTESTS FOR HIS CUSTOMERS AND GIVES AWAY A LOT OF GREAT GIFTS.
