Joe did a Great Job! He takes his job very seriously never losing sight of his clients concerns and feelings. Did a great job of communication and was very honest. He gave 110%; without a doubt the best Agent we ever had! Selling a house was always stressful for us, he knows how to "smooth it over!" We were as comfortable as possible. His experience and knowledge of the market was extremely helpful in helping us make the right decisions. He saved us a lot of money with his special commission schedule and helped us make quick efficient decisions and made sure we understood all aspects of the process. He handled all the problems professionally to everybody s satisfaction. He made sure we were always informed and everything he said would happen, actually did happen to the extent that we were truly impressed. Always available by phone and very honest in giving us advice. We were very happy and would recommend him to anyone who asks us. The best Realtor we ever had!
