RICK WAS GREAT. I MADE 3 TRIPS TO HIS STORE BEFORE DECIDING ON THE RECLINER. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL EVERYTIME. HE HELPED ME FIND THE PERFECT FITTING RECLINER FOR MY NEEDS AND THE PERFECT COLORS TO MATCH THE DECOR OF THE HOUSE. THE RECLINER ARRIVED FROM THE WAREHOUSE EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD AND HE DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE. HE HELPED MOVE THE HEAVY OLD SOFA IT WAS REPLACED TO THE GARAGE. THE DAY BEFORE THE HEAVY ITEM PICKUP WAS SCHEDULED, HE CAME BACK TO MOVE IT TO THE CURB. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND RICK AND I INTEND TO PURCHASE A NEW LOVESEAT FROM HIM IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
