Took a day off work to meet Rich for a quote. Went well and scheduled him to come out and repair damaged siding a few days later. He cancelled day he was scheduled due to car trouble. Rescheduled for a few days later and I confirmed that was ok. When rescheduled date arrived he was a no show and no communication. Have heard nothing since. He has never responded. Was the only contractor offered by home advisor for this service in my area. Very disappointed in contractor and home advisor recommendation. Previously only had good experience with HA recommendations.
