Jim Strahan, owner of Bulldog, was called to address an apparent roof leak (water dripping on interior wall). He diagnosed it – and discovered that the problem was an A/C unit in the attic, not the roof at all. Despite its not being his “problem” at this point, he took pictures, sent them to an A/C specialist in the area (whom he knew and trusted) - and followed up by sending me A/C man’s suggestions as to the cause. Jim spent a good 30 minutes here – and refused to charge for it! If you want a solid, smart, honest, reliable person for your roof repair, and someone who is simply nice – you won’t go wrong with Jim Strahan of Bulldog Roofing.
