auto detailing
 + -1 moreDid not use them as they were going to charge me 90.00 in addition to the 55.00 i had already paid for the service!!!
Description of Work: I bought this auto detail on Groupon and it is a bait and switch...i paid 55.00 for a detail and then just a few days before the detail they emailed me (which is the only mode of communication) and told me it would be 45.00 for out of the service area (i live in charlotte, nc and this was on a charlotte groupon) and ANOTHER 45.00 because I have an SUV...this was NOT disclosed in the coupon....I am OUTRAGED!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

 + -1 moreThis company placed coupons for a complete auto detail on Groupon (a website where multiple people buy into a deal). They offered a complete detail for $65. I bought the coupon and then called the company about scheduling the service. They refused to return my call. They would only respond via email and wouldn't give me a choice of a time to meet. I finally schedule a day off of work to meet them. The day before they are supposed to arrive they tell me that they have decided that I'm not in their service area. The coupon said "within 15 miles of 28081." I LIVED in 28081. I called almost 10 times over the next two weeks with no response. I had to get a third party involved to get my money back and get this resolved. I still have no idea why they refused the service.
Description of Work: I was supposed to receive a complete interior / exterior auto detail.
