He came out and performed the inspection and found the problem. He did the work to replace the unitlity pump at that point in time. There were still other problems that needed fixed. Since then, I have not heard from him or received the report. I need this information in order to get all of the work done. I have spoken with Jill in his office, and left several messages and have not received anything back.

They did a great job. The job included the inspection and also he did a radon report.

Initially, I thought the quoted price was a bit high. HOWEVER, it was in line with other all other quotes from other inspection companies in this area. (I am somewhat new to Charlotte and still surprised by cost of some things here.) Still, I expected to be somewhat disappointed with the quality and level of service for the price paid. The price was no longer a concern once I started to interact with the inspector and to discuss the potential corrections to issues found. Not only did he give me potential solutions which were useful in preparing my final punch list, but he provided education on the possibilities of how the errors could have occurred and what to look for when the contractors were back out to correct their work. End the end, the service provided was well worth the cost. I would definitely utilize Alpha Beta Building Solutions again if the need arises.

Fantastic! He found items that the original inspector had missed including a dangerous code violation with the electrical system that should not have been missed by the previous inspector. Within a few days the office e-mailed a 34 (!) page report detailing everything in the house and providing numerous suggestions for regular maintenance and improvements. I fully intend to have them reinspect the house again in the future and would recommend Alpha Beta to anyone wanting a good and thorough inspection of their current or future house.

The home inspector found many things I wouldn't have and the report was in an easily readable format. I was able to call him after with questions. I'll use him again if I move into another home.

DENNIS GAVE ME A ROUGH COST FOR THE ITEMIZED "PUNCH LIST" THAT I GAVE HIM. HOWEVER, I HAD TO ADD 2 MORE ITEMS TO THE LIST, BUT THE PRICE WAS WELL WITHIN WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT. HAVING A GOOD PUNCH LIST HELPED DENNIS AND US. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES WITH THE PRICE.

DENNIS AND RICHARD MCCARN BOTH INSPECTED MY HOME. THEIR EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE THAT I WAS UNDERSTANDING EVERYTHING ABOUT MY NEW HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.

PERFORMED THOROUGH INSPECTION AND PROVIDED VERY DETAILED REPORT WHICH INCLUDED DIGITAL PHOTOS IN BOTH PRINTED FORMAT AS WELL AS AN ELECTRONIC COPY ON CD. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED BY THE INSPECTOR AGREEING TO MEET ME AT THE HOUSE A WEEK LATER TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND TO REVIEW THE INSPECTION FOR ME, SINCE I WAS NOT ABLE TO BE IN ATTENDANCE DURING THE ACTUAL INSPECTION. EVERYONE THAT I INTERFACED WITH AT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE.
