I hired him to get the house ready for sale And he’s been out of there for over 3 weeks and it’s still not done. I’ve had to work every day to do the stuff he was paid to do he is a liar he will make up stories to say how much work he has done and why he should get more money.. he will complain about his bills. And he will tell you about his references ,that are fake ! Every time I go back to the house I see more things that he didn’t do or did terribly . He is as much as I hate to say it I thief because that’s what it comes down to in the long run he took almost $5000 of my money very little completed work . He knew I was busy at work and took total advantage of me .

They were very creative, very reasonable, and all the finished work, and everything was done beautifully. They were professional, creative, and fair, and we would definitely hire him again.

When we first met Jerry, we were in the market to do an addition. He has very low overhead. He does most of the work himself, with some subcontracting. What's really great about his work is his creativity and his ability to work with us to come up with creative options. He comes up with totally different ideas compared to other contractors. The first time we met him, we were getting an estimate for a media room in our home. He ended up coming up with a fantastic idea compared to other contractors. It was built well and satisfied all of our needs. It created a whole new area to our home and fit in very well. He just does a great job.
