We had a surprise birthday party and the caterers came and set up everything and the food was good and hot and looked great and tasted great.  The servers did an excellent job throughout the whole event.  We had one of the servers to work as a bartender for us and that was very nice.  Overall the event was a huge success and that was all because of the catering.  They set up everything, brought the disposable plates, silverware, napkins, cups, etc. and then cleaned up and took everything away with them and that was nice.  The birthday party was a huge success and everyone enjoyed themselves.  We will use the caterers again at our next event.

Excellent. The food was very good, they took our suggestions about dietary restrictions and were flexible about staying within our budget.

I thought the evening was successful from the catering stand point.

My wife and I met with Andrea to discuss the company catering for our wedding reception. Andrea was very prompt and early to our meeting; she came a good distance to meet us in a place that was convenient for us. We met with her very last minute so it was a plus that she was able to put what she did together. She was very courteous and was wonderful to work with. We planned the reception for 135 people. We had a two vegetarians attending the reception, so we ordered two vegetarian plates in addition to our main entrees and sides. Andrea said it would not be a problem and that the staff would keep the vegetarian entrees in the kitchen and the vegetarians could simply ask the staff on the buffet to retrieve them. On the day of the wedding/reception 2 different people from the company came to set up and work our reception. They arrived late, saying that they had gotten lost. This was a huge stress on us—imagine walking into your reception area right before the ceremony and nothing being done (we also rented linens from the caterer). Once the reception started, everyone got their plates and proceeded to eat. One of our vegetarians came up to my wife and told her that she had asked one of the staff about her meal and they had mumbled, said they would go see about it, and never came back. I asked about the vegetarian plates, and the woman proceeded told me that "They forgot about them" and that "she was just the messenger". She also commented, rudely, “There is plenty of salad for them.” We ordered food for 135 people, although that many people did not attend. There was a significant amount of food left over, but the staff waited until everyone had left the reception other than my parents, my wife’s family was in another part of the venue, to ask if anyone wanted leftovers. My parents were staying in a hotel, and couldn’t take any. Only one person we know of got any leftovers. Andrea also assured us at our initial meeting that we would receive to-go boxes to take that night in case we didn’t get a chance to really eat at the reception, but the women who actually worked that night must not have gotten the memo. Andrea was very nice to work with, but she must not have control over or quality employees under her because we were not satisfied with the service at the reception. The food was good, but for the price we paid we should have gotten leftovers, punctuality, order accuracy, and a great deal more courtesy.

Fantastic! The team was very responsive, friendly, prompt and courteous. Everyone was properly dressed and the event went off perfectly. They took care of all issues and concerns both from me as well as my company and guests without thinking twice. We have already hired them to do boxed lunches for our office and in-office catering buffets. They travel everywhere which is perfect because we have multiple offices. They can literally do anything you request and enjoy doing so :)
