704 Renovations is a Licensed General Contracting company, license #68608. We have a great team that our client's love to work with, we work everyday, and do what we say we are going to do, from start to finish. We do use subcontractors for the required licensed projects. 704 Renovations is also a Certified Lead Based Paint Renovator. We provide free estimates, and are very fair with our pricing.

He installed our large shower - tiled it with tile we picked out - replaced cabinet, sink, granite tops, new lights, mirrors, etc. It looked great - after two years (right as warranty was running out) the tile started to pull up and the grout cracked out in certain areas - so we called him and he didn't respond so I put a complaint in at BBB - then they reached out to him and he called and had some guys come out and re-grout the issues - however, he did not mention that the step up portion of shower the tiles were shifting but they were - since then it has gotten a lot worse and we haven't been able to use it - we finally joined Angie's List and found another contractor to come out to repair it. However, I just have to say we saved for two years to get this work done and now we have to get it redone - at our cost - not only that we have black mold growing in a crawl space - along our support beam (another very costly item) so we have to get all the tile pulled out and re-tile the full shower again and get this rebuilt up and redone along with fixing this mold issue. I would not recommend 704 Renovations and I don't believe anyone should use him for this type of work.
Description of Work: demolished a bathroom - took out tub - made a large shower enclosure.

Craig was punctual, professional. Ever time I called him he picked up the phone or returned my call quickly. Mostly on top of things overall and kept up with the project. His subs are OK. The framers had a few problems passing the inspection. Some things obvious, skylights not framed out properly, others just overly picky inspector wanting engineering specs for a laminated 2x12 beam that replaced an undersized 2x4 that passed the original inspection. The electrician was great in and out quick with no problems. Insulation guys had to reschedule due to heat (it was July in an attic space) but did a nice job. Had communication problems/misunderstanding with AC contractor, this caused job to go up by ~2K. I had asked the that room be zoned with it's own thermostat, when AC contractor showed up that isn't what he had estimated. Craig and I worked that out. The sheet rock went up quick, but various different crews came in to finish. This negatively impacted the overall finish. If I hadn't rescheduled the carpet guys twice I would have had Craig redo the finish, and Craig would have, but I was ready to be done with the project. I floated out the walls to fix the finish problems, (took me a couple of hours) painted the room myself (saving some money on my part) and had carpet installed by 3rd party. Craig was straight forward and easy to deal with. I would hire him to do other projects.
Description of Work: We had a bonus room above the garage completed. The sub-floor was done just needed knee walls, insulation, AC, electrical, sheet rock and finish work done.

Thanks for the Report Member, I appreciate it. Yes A/C could have worked out a little better, and drywall crew is no longer around, thankfully. Thanks again! Craig

Craig was incredibly professional and followed up very quickly. He wasn't the cheapest, but you should never go with the cheapest, right? His price was fair and all of his workers did an amazing job and were very courteous. The two year warranty is unheard of and an unbelievable deal. He has stood behind every facet of the job and quickly remedied any issues we've had. I spend more time on my new toilet than I do with my wife. Thanks Craig!
Description of Work: Bathroom renovation. New tile floor, new tile shower, new vanity, new frameless glass enclosure, new super futuristic toilet.
