Did not follow our instructions, destroyed property (that never was repaired), asking for money all the time even when the job had not been finished yet, very unprofessional. Horrible experience. Will never use them again, nor recommend them.

Mr. Deloatch is extremely unprofessional. He leaves a mess, misses deadlines and is constantly calling to say he needs an advance on the contract price. He "guarantees" work only to demand more money later stating that to get the guarantee he needs more money. He damaged our gutters and two of our trees along with tearing up our front and back yards. Instead of finishing one part of the house drainage system, he worked around the house never finishing any project completely. We had water all around our house and no passable entrance because of his disorganized planning and execution. About halfway through the project he stated that needed to increase the price by $3,000 because he had found unexpected issues and that he could not guarantee the work unless we paid him more money. We then called in a structural engineer to review the work plan. Even after consulting with a licensed structural engineer, Harold Deloatch did not follow the clear plans articulated by the engineer. The structural engineer visited the job site two times to find Deloatch performing work that was unnecessary and counterproductive. We terminated the relationship with this contractor after multiple attempts to get him to complete the job as per specs. His biggest problem is that he will not listen to others, even licensed engineers. He is also rude to the customer using foul language and hanging up on the customer. It was a surreal experience with one of the most unprofessional contractors with whom I have associated in my 20 years experience in construction. Avoid this contractor at all costs. He will not honor his commitments, and he will not treat your property with due care. Be aware he has another business name: PS PR JACK
