"Thank you for leaving such a kind review."
"Thank you very much for your kind words."
"Thank you for your constructive feedback. We did arrive late. Our computer software clocked the technician in 22 minutes late of our set appointment. When our technician arrived, your wife was the only one at home. Our technician went to work on solving the problems you asked of us. Our technician and your wife discussed the suggested repairs. Your wife approved at least one of those repairs. At some point you came home, asked our technician to undo the repairs approved by your wife and further discussed the details of the job. You indicted on our phone call that you agreed to the pricing the technician provided up-front for the repairs. Everyone involved knew the diagnostic charge, the repair pricing and that we would be collecting upon completion of the work. You even indicted to the technician that your wife would be able to write a check. Our technician never left "to go to another job". He left to go get the materials to complete the job you ask to have done. You left home before our technician returned. Our technician was working for you in one-way shape or form for (4) hours. I am not sure what technician training issues you feel should be improved. You told me on the phone that you did not have any problem with our technician or his work. All our dispatchers and technicians are trained to identify up-front our pricing and the payment upon completion process before we arrive at your home. As you told me over the phone, this had all been done. Our technician did not realize that there was going to be a payment issue since you had indicated that your wife would be able to write a check and you had already been home from work once. Our technician merely expected you to inspect the work upon completion while he was there, as had already been agreed to. When you and I talked on the phone, I agreed to special handling and bill out this work, but that in the future our entire staff would still follow the same processes that were attempted during this service call. Training our staff to do something different to each client is not a reasonable business practice. All of us, our clients and Canella staff, work hard for the money we earn. We merely ask for mutual respect when it comes time to be paid. The process is as simple as we know how to make it. Everyone agrees on how much the work is going to cost before it is done. When the work is done payment is received. We both have done a lot of work to develop the relationship we have. There are a lot of individuals on Canella's staff that worked hard to make you comfortable. You have spent very hard-earned money with us to be comfortable. Canella does not want to throw it all away. If you need our services again, we are here to assist. Sincerely, Curtis R Canella Service Manager/co-owner"
