Wayne's Carpet Cleaning

I called and left a message for Wayne to make a carpet cleaning appointment. He  called back a few hours later. I have to say that getting a return call the same day surprised me. How often when you contact a company do you get a call back the same day?? I was happy.
When setting up the appointment, I was surprised how detailed  Wayne was with the answers to my questions. More than that, he explained the type of cleaning they do as compared to brand name companies. I  have to say, I was impressed!
He called the morning they were to arrive to verify I would be at home and again about 15 minutes later to let me know there would be a 10 minute delay.  Again...I was impressed!  What companies do that anymore? You're usually left hanging, sometimes for hours, before you hear from them again! 
 
They arrived in a clean and professional truck.  Wayne and his 2 mature sons, were neat and very cleanly dressed. I showed them the rooms, and they *immediately* went to work. They put up guards up around the areas of my house that the hose might graze while moving it around. I have NEVER had that done by any of the branded carpet cleaning companies. They give so much attention to detail! All the areas around the edges of the carpet were given special attention. I had an area by my sliding glass door that was embedded with the wonderful red clay we have here (grrrrr!) Anyway, he asked if I used anything to clean it and I told him I just  vacuum. Wayne explained that the use of previous solutions might prevent the stain from completely coming up. I had my doubts, but the area looks brand new! 
When they finished about 2 hours later, they quickly put all the equipment back in the truck. Even when we were chatting during that 2 hours, they were constantly cleaning. Again...impressed!
My carpet is over 10 years old. And over the past 2 years, I've had indoor pets that have been ill.  I do have common sense and knew that all the stains would not come out. But the carpet looks wonderful! Yes, there were still cat vomit stains here and there, but they were less visible...and  carpet smelled good too!  
I would have Wayne's Carpet Cleaning back in a heart beat! Professionalism is important to me in a company and they certainly rate 100% in my book!      

They showed up on time.  Detail oriented.  Professional.  Reasonably priced.  The best carpet cleaner we have ever used!!!

Wayne and his sons arrived right on time. They were very friendly and professional, neat in appearance. The carpet looked remarkable after they cleaned it. it was almost dry when they left and was obviously not full of sticky soap. They did a great job.

It went well from start to finish.

Wayne arrived exactly when he said he would, did a good job in a timely manner, and was reasonably priced.

He does excellent work. He is punctual and he moves the big items at no additional charge. Although you may find a larger company for a lower price, they do not do as good of a job as Wayne's Cleaning. I was very happy with them and will use them again.
