Every job that Zelaya painting has done for me has exceeded my expectations. His crews are cheerful, hardworking guys. They clean up the site very well. His pricing is very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Zelaya. He is a fine craftsman and person.

I can't speak highly enough about Melvin (and communicating with his wife Michelle for all of the details). They are friendly, prompt, courteous, detailed, professional and very fairly priced in my opinion. Melvin has done other work for us and we have plans to have him come back and do some work on our Pergola, stairs/deck and another small wooden enclosure. Melvin takes pride in his work and it shows. He's very particular about the details and stays in communication with you about everything so you know where you stand. I've actually gotten to know him a little on a friend level and I feel lucky that he was referred to us. We ended up needing more work than we originally asked him for (which is our fault) and we told Melvin he could reschedule when/if needed more time but he went above and beyond and got all the extra work done in the scheduled/allotted amount of time. You will NOT regret hiring Melvin for your painting needs!

Melvin was extremely accommodating and worked around my work schedule for the initial visit. He provided a written, detailed estimate and we were put on the schedule. Melvin and his team came in and fixed all nail pops and spent a lot of time prepping the area to be painted. The final result was super clean and perfectly done. We could not be happier with the job and are looking forward to the next job. Melvin had fair pricing and spent a lot of time making sure that he provided top notch service. We will definitely use him again.

Melvin did an outtanding job. Initally he did the waintcoting, re-cauked all of the trim, repaired nail pops and did all the prep work. The painting job was fantastic and everything was spotless when he finished! He takes pride in his craftmanshio, and the results really showed that. We are planning to do the 2nd floor of our house soon and I wouldn't considering having any one else do the painting!

We had 3 quoted before choosing Melvin. Both of the others were from respected AL painters. Quotes were all within a 400 range of one another. For a week Melvin and 2 assistants arrived and prepped the rooms to be painted that day at 9AM. They worked until done for the day (4-6PM depending on the number of rooms). They moved and replaced furniture. Had very few questions or problems. No damage to anything
