About us

"Providing quality Veterinary care from a unique equestrian perspective." Yellowhorse Mobile Veterinary Service is an ambulatory veterinary medical practice serving the Greater Charlotte horse community. We are based in Cabarrus County, but will provide services "on the farm" to horse owners in Cabarrus, Union, Mecklenburg, and surrounding North Carolina counties. We are licensed in NC only.

Our full-service ambulatory practice offers Preventative Medicine, Lameness Evaluations, Podiatry, Reproduction/AI, and Dentistry, plus Digital X-ray and Ultrasound. We primarily see horses, but also provide services for sheep, goats, and occassionally, pot bellied pigs.

She has always been responsive to us by returning phone calls and dealing with emergencies in a very quick timeframe. She takes the time to explain in detail the procedures, etc. that she is performing as well as answering any questions we have regardless of how 'silly' they may be. She also takes time to explain and discuss any care needs that might need to be reviewed. She takes a real interest in the animals, as well as, the humans. Dr. Robin comes very highly recommended by our family.

I have 4 senior horses and she took the time to discuss the feeding and their exercise during the travel. She is easy to get a hold of, she listens, and she is comfortable with my horse's. She is always taking extra time to talk to me about what needs to be done to accommodate their special needs. She is very professional, caring, and thorough when she comes out. I would highly recommend her services to others.
