Rick was quick to respond to my inquiry and absolutely exceeded our expectations. His work was top notch. we had several trees removed from our front yard. Rick was able to take the trees down, dig up some massive stumps and fill the holes so that our yard was left level and stump free. Not only was his work exceptional, he was very friendly and just a joy to have around. If we need anything done again, there is no question that he will be our first call.

We hired Rick after interviewing many contractors, both large and small, to complete a large clearing job on newly purchased property of around 22,00sq ft. (full woods/ large trees). Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with, his communication was exceptional, he was done on time as promised and exceeded our expectations with his execution. Working with Rick was like working with a friend. He took the time to teach our son about what he was doing and how the equipment worked. He called us up so my son could go watch the biggest trees fall (safely from a distance of course). Now my son hopes to see Rick every time we are by the property. I cannot say enough about Rick the owner and operator of Willow Bottom, LLC. He not only came to my home the same day I put in the request but went above and beyond on extra things that I didn’t even know I needed! He removed some really difficult trees, removed an old useless fence that was in the middle of my backyard, fixed a sinking hole issue that was terrifying me, informed me of a tree I had never noticed that was growing INTO my shed and creating issues (he saved me some major money by showing me this now instead of me figuring it out after my shed roof had rotted away), and made everything level and flat in my yard when he was done. He completed this project in less than a week and you wouldn’t even know all of the trees he took down for me because my yard is SPOTLESS, he took every scrap of evidence he had been there with him when he left. I could go on and on, he’s AMAZING, professional, fair priced, respectful, and not only will I be sure to call him for any future products but I recommend him to EVERYONE.

Rick did an absolutely spectacular job from start to finish. Impeccable communication, honest, more than fair, attention to detail, hard working, cleaned up area that was cleared and even graded areas that were not included in original estimate or job description. So overall, he went above and FAR beyond expectations and requests. I would recommend him and his skills and experience over anyone else I have encountered. I wish I had called him for previous tree work I have had done.

Our experience was a mixed bag. Rick was friendly and nice to work with. Our issues stemmed from the work itself. We hired this company for tree and stump removal. Four trees throughout our property. Rick asked to come a day early and take some branches and such down to make the job easier for the next day which was fine, however he ended up dropping a whole tree that day unexpectedly. Not a huge deal, just would have liked to have been informed beforehand. A few other things of mention, the property behind our house which we do not own was completely excavated without any permissions from owner or us to make it easier for him to drop trees, he tried to cover one of the stumps we requested be removed with dirt instead of actually removing it until it was pointed out, our whole back yard was left completely destroyed (itâ s a huge mud pit now that we are having to pay to landscape to get any sort of foliage again), the extra drainage he up sold us on did not do itâ s job and had to be re-dug to flow differently, our other neighbor approached us about a promise Rick had made to him about property markers and never fulfilled. Rick did however do us a huge favor in clearing brush on our property that needed to be cleared. Overall, the job was done safely and he did some very helpful extras but the state of our property afterwards has been a nightmare.
