He did 2 projects. He charged $4000 for one of them, and $2000 for the second one. He can do everything. He fixed a plumbing issue, a leak, and the siding. He put up gutters. He painted. He has been doing a great job for me, so I give him the business every time. After I closed the last house, it was on the market in 3 days because I called them up and told them when I was going to close it. He got in there, and he even paid the garage door guy. I didn?t have to make a separate trip for that, and I just paid him back. He knew exactly what I was trying to do, and he was all about getting that house ready so I could get it rented. He is fabulous. He gives me alternate or cheaper options for things like siding, and he only charges me a miniscule amount for fixing in such cases.
