TOOK THE MACHINE IN BECAUSE IT WAS NOT REVERSING AS IT SHOULD. THEY THOUGHT IT WAS THE MOTHER BOARD, WHICH WASN'T THE PROBLEM, SO THEY REPLACED THE MOTOR. MACHINE IS WORKING FINE NOW. TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO REPAIR, BUT THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB.
