Description of Work: ORDERED THE MATTRESS SET IN THE STORE. QUITE PROFESSIONAL IN THE STORE. PAID FULL PRICE. WAS TOLD WE WOULD RECEIVE A CALL FOR SCHEDULING IN 3 DAYS. WAS CALLED 6 DAYS LATER ON A SATURDAY WHEN WE WEREN T HOME AND WAS TOLD OUR INSTALLATION DATE AND THAT WE HAD 48 HOURS TO RETURN THE CALL BETWEEN 8 AND 4, M-F OR WE WOULD LOOSE THE INSTALLATION DATE. I CALLED MONDAY (HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE) AND TRIED TO GET THEM TO CALL ME BACK BECAUSE THE DATE WAS UNACCEPTABLE TO US. I LEFT 5 MESSAGES OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS AND THEY REFUSED TO CALL BACK. I CALLED THE STORE MANAGER WHO SENT AN EMAIL TO THE SCHEDULER TO CALL ME, AND STILL NO CALL, EVEN AFTER REPEATED INDICATIONS FROM ME THAT I WOULD CANCEL THE ORDER. FINALLY, I GOT IN TOUCH WITH JUDY AT THE STORE IN CONCORD MALL WHO WAS RESPONSIVE AND AT LEAST GOT THE SCHEDULER TO CALL. THE SCHEDULER APOLOGIZED BUT WAS FULL OF LAME EXCUSES, AND OUTRIGHT LIES, AS TO WHY SHE HADN T EVEN TRIED TO RETURN MY CALLS. VERY FRUSTRATING TRANSACTION, TO SAY THE
