Appliance Repair
They never came to fix my doors.Many times they are suppose to come. But they don't or come and don't do the job. I cancel all my warranty

Serviceman was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. We had the option of paying for the repair on the refrigerator or purchasing a warranty that would cover any other problems (as well as the present one) for a one year period. Purchased warranty and spent about the same amount of money. Very pleased.

Appliance Sale
We were shopping there for appliances. It was not a pleasant thing. The two salesmen got into an argument over whose sale it was. I excused myself to the bathroom and after I got back to my wife another guy came up and was talking to my wife and I. They original guy came back up to us and started yelling at the other salesman about stealing clients. They are commission based. It totally flipped us out and we will not buy anything there. I can not imagine putting my clients trough that.

I don't like that they give you a time frame on the day they will come and you have to wait around for them. Other than that, they're very good.

Appliance Sale, Delivery Service
They were on time and everything went smoothly. I thought they were in and out pretty quickly. They called at 7 to verify the appointment, and then the delivery guy called at 8 to let me know that they would be here a little before my 10-12 o'clock window. They were very careful with my new vinyl floors, which I appreciated. Pat, the saleswoman in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable.
