 + -1 moreWhatever you do, do not consider this contractor for any work. I contracted with him to build my home. I had to change contractors because this contractor had an outstanding bill at the county for a bounced check, as a result I was unable to unable to get an inspection until the bill was paid. The contractor had already been paid for the permit. This contractor is unprofessional and unethical.

 + 2 moreJeff Seabury got paid for a job and he took off with the money, abandoned the job, left trash outside of the property and his dump trailer on the grass in front of the house. Currently working with 2 attorneys to deal with what he has done to us and to make sure he doesn't do it to anyone else. If anyone has questions about it, call or text me at 704-641-4209 and I'll send all the prints of the texts and pictures of the mess he left.
